Names of the Dead

The Department of Defense has identified 3,803 American service members who have died since the start of the Iraq war. It confirmed the deaths of the following Americans yesterday:

HUGO, Rachael L., 24, Specialist, Army; Madison, Wis.; 303rd Military Police Company.

MILO, Avealalo, 23, Specialist, Army; Hayward, Calif.; Second Stryker Cavalry Regiment.

RODRIGUEZ, Ricardo X., 23, Sgt., Army; Arecibo, P.R.; 82nd Airborne Division.
